What we collect

Account details: name, email, phone, delivery addresses
Order content: uploaded files (documents, thesis PDFs, design briefs, reference images) needed to fulfil your order
Payment information: processed by our payment gateway partner — MYBD does not store full card details
Usage data: pages visited and general device information, used to improve the site

How we use it

Solely to fulfil orders, provide quotes, process payments, deliver shipments, and respond to support requests. Uploaded files are used only for the order they were submitted for and are not shared with third parties beyond the printing/fulfilment process itself.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained as required for tax and legal compliance. Uploaded print files are retained for a limited period after delivery to support reprints under our guarantee, then deleted.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of your account and associated files (subject to what we're legally required to retain) by contacting support.

Third parties

We share the minimum necessary data with courier partners (for delivery), payment gateways (for processing payments), and — for corporate accounts — the account's designated billing contact.
