Shipping and Returns Policy for mybd.in

Highlights:

  • Cash on Delivery is not available.
  • Delivery charges are actually charged by delivery partners.
  • 2-3 business days for deliveries to Delhi-NCR.
  • 3–7 business days for deliveries to other parts of India.
  • In the event of a conflict between this Delivery Policy and the Online Terms and Conditions, the latter will prevail.

Delivery Details:

  • Our delivery partners ensure the timely and safe delivery of your orders. If delays occur due to factors beyond our control, we strive to keep you informed and work on resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Policy:

  • If your order is canceled for any reason after payment, we will reimburse the amount, deducting 10–25% based on the expenditure on the project, and the remaining amount will be returned within 7–10 working days.
  • If you cancel an order to place a different order, the payment will be converted into a “Re-Order Token” that can be used for future purchases.

Return Policy:

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged packages or incorrect products. The issue must be reported to the delivery carrier at the time of receiving the package.

Damaged Product Received:

  • If the exterior packaging is tampered with, do not accept the delivery. Take a photo and share it with us so we can place a fresh order before the damaged one is returned to us.
  • If the product inside is damaged and you have an opening video, we will replace the order without question.

Delivery Issues:

  • If the status shows delivered but you haven’t received the product, we will request Proof of Delivery (POD) from the courier and investigate further.

Delayed or undelivered Shipment:

  • Refunds or compensation are not provided for delays caused by severe weather, government restrictions, or courier delays. However, we will do our best to deliver on time.
  • If your package faces a “Delivery Exception,” we will notify you and attempt redelivery. If the package is returned to our “Production Unit,” we will arrange for reshipping at an additional cost.

Feedback:

  • If you receive a tampered, damaged, or faulty shipment, please provide feedback so we can close the claim as soon as possible.
