Print Shop orders

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before production begins — typically within a short window after the file is uploaded and payment confirmed, shown at checkout. Once a job has entered production, it cannot be cancelled, since printing and binding is done to your specific file and options.

Design Services briefs

A submitted brief can be withdrawn any time before a quote is accepted with no charge. Once a quote is accepted and design work begins, cancellation is possible but may be subject to a partial charge for work already completed, communicated before any charge is applied.

Corporate Gifts orders

Bulk orders can be cancelled without charge before production sign-off. After sign-off, cancellation terms are set out in the individual quote, since materials are often ordered specifically for the confirmed quantity.

How to cancel

Cancel a Print Shop order directly from My Account → Orders if it's still within the cancellation window, or contact support with your order number for design and corporate gifting cancellations.
