Delivery coverage

MYBD currently delivers to 300+ pin codes across India through our courier partners. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm coverage and an estimated delivery date before you pay.

Turnaround times

Print Shop orders (documents, books, thesis binding, cards): 24–48 hours production, plus courier transit time.
Design Services: first-draft concepts within 2 business days of a confirmed brief; production time depends on the approved final files.
Corporate Gifts: production timeline confirmed as part of the bulk quote, typically 5–10 business days depending on quantity and customisation.

Shipping charges

Standard delivery is free on orders above ₹999; a flat delivery fee applies below that threshold, shown at checkout. Express delivery is available in select cities for an additional fee.

Tracking your order

Once dispatched, tracking details are available under My Account → Orders and sent by email and SMS.

Delayed or lost shipments

If a shipment is significantly delayed or lost in transit, contact support with your order number — we coordinate with the courier partner directly and reprint/reship at no cost if the shipment cannot be located.
