Ordering & Pricing
Is there a minimum order quantity? +
No minimum on most print-shop items — you can order a single copy of a document or one bound thesis. Corporate gifting and bulk collateral usually carry a minimum, shown on the relevant quote form.
How is the price calculated? +
Paper size, GSM, colour mode, binding type and quantity all feed into the price shown on each product page — or use the standalone Price Calculator to compare options before choosing a product.
Can I get a bulk discount? +
Yes, automatically above certain quantities on print-shop items; for corporate gifting and design services, bulk pricing is part of the custom quote.
Printing & Binding
What file formats do you accept? +
PDF is preferred for print accuracy. Word, PowerPoint and image files are also accepted and converted before printing — we'll flag anything that won't convert cleanly before charging you.
Can you match my university's exact binding format? +
Yes — select your university at checkout on the Thesis & Dissertation product page and the documented margin, spine-text and cover spec is applied automatically. See the Resources guide for the full spec.
What if pages are missing from my printed copy? +
Every order is page-count-checked against your uploaded file before dispatch. If something still arrives wrong, it's reprinted and reshipped at no cost under our reprint guarantee.
Delivery & Tracking
How long does delivery take? +
Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours from file approval, plus courier transit time for your pin code — shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you deliver outside major cities? +
We currently deliver to 300+ pin codes across India. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm coverage and estimated delivery date.
Design Services
How long does a design brief take to quote? +
You'll receive a fixed-price quote within one business day of submitting a brief, with no obligation to proceed.
How many revisions are included? +
Two revision rounds are included after the initial three concept directions — additional rounds can be added to the quote if needed.
Corporate Gifts
Can gifts be branded with our logo? +
Yes — logo placement and branded packaging are included in every corporate gifting quote at no extra design cost.
What's the minimum order for corporate gifting? +
Typically 25 units per hamper or kit design; smaller pilot runs can be discussed on the request-a-quote form.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods are accepted? +
UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking, and purchase-order billing for approved corporate accounts.
Can I get a refund if I'm not happy with the print? +
Print defects and order errors are covered by our reprint guarantee at no cost. Refunds for correctly-printed custom orders are handled case by case — contact support before reordering.
